After year on year growth in 2015 we relocated our business to a purpose built office and warehouse in south Birmingham. From this central location we can provide full coverage of the UK providing outstanding and unrivalled attendance times and offer a 24 hour emergency service to all of our important customers.
We have a very strong engineer base, all of whom are trained to the very highest of standards on all products that we work on and install and are on the cutting edge of all new innovations and product development. All of our engineers are trained and work with a “First Visit, first Fix” mentality.
We have invested heavily in our company fleet vehicles and van part stock levels to provide where possible a first fix solution. Investing in top of the range vehicles that act as mobile workshops, bespoke internal racking systems that hold a wide variety of industrial door components and products to aid in first fix solutions.
Rowland Door Services can boast an 88% first visit fix rate achievement for 2017 with the first quarter of 2018 already eclipsing the set target.
